New Car Hire Rental Booths at Gladstone Airport

These new booths are not just a relocation – they’re a reimagining of the car rental process. Passengers will now be able to wait for their baggage and collect their car rental keys simultaneously. This design was inspired by feedback from our tenants, passengers, and best practices observed at other airports around Australia.
This move is a part of our ongoing commitment to create a seamless and well-thought-out customer experience.
